Do i need a building permit?

It varies by county. Check with your local jurisdiction, city or county.

Do i have to have a tongue or tires and axles?

Yes, we will need these to move the home. If you don’t have them, we will rent tires and axles for $100 and weld tongues for $500.
 

Do i need to move furniture out of the home?

Yes, the home must be mostly empty prior to transport, but appliances can be left in the home.
 

Can you also move my steps/deck/carport/shed?

Sometimes, this mostly depends on the size and condition of what you’re wanting moved.
 

Will i need a pad?

Yes, but we can take care of this for you for an additional cost.
